Our Approach:
Facilitator Training with a difference!
At the Systemic Constellation Academy, Margarete, Mel and Antonia are dedicated to giving you the tools and confidence to step into your unique constellation offering.
Our training blends Family Constellations and psychotherapeutic theory with hands-on experiential exercises, regular practice, and personalised support. This approach ensures you don’t just learn the concepts—you embody them.
Our mission is to help you become a confident, competent practitioner, ready to integrate constellation work into your professional practice and personal journey.
Our Facilitator Training offers you a supported learning experience across four semesters
Here is what's included:

In-Person Training - 12 days face-to-face group training to integrate theory and practice facilitation - fully catered! That is one 3-day weekend per semester, with 88+ hours over 4 weekends.

Theoretical Resources - Prepare for each training weekend with videos, reading material and exercises in our online portal.

Student support - Zoom tutorials + Q&A every semester to offer additional learning and insights

Personal development - 2 x Family Constellation Workshop participation as a client (Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast or Mullumbimby)- included in the pricing!

Supervision - Receive a supervision session after each open workshop to deepen your understanding of facilitation

Early Bird and Discount Pricing - For open workshops, professional development, supervision and masterclasses
- IICT registration and OPD points - Graduate with confidence, knowing we are fully accredited for insurance with IICT and you can receive up to 24 OPD points for ACA and PACFA

Please note: Dates for open workshops will be confirmed in early 2025. As part of the training students are able to choose two workshops according to their preferred location, timing and facilitator. On average there will be around 20 eligible workshops per year.

Semester 1 - Introduction
Discover the history, foundational theories, and key concepts of Family Constellations, setting the stage for a trauma-informed approach.

- Phenomenology & Orders of love
- Trauma-informed facilitation
Semester 2 - Building Foundations
Get comfortable with the core principles and techniques of constellation work, and begin practicing in 1:1 sessions.
Key areas:
- 1:1 and couple's facilitation
- Traditional constellation structure & genograms
- Heavy fates & healing sentences
- Cultural and historical integration
Semester 3 - Creative Applications
Explore novel applications, complex family dynamics, and develop creative approaches through abstract constellations.

- New perspectives in constellations
- Blended or patchwork families
- Abstract applications (e.g. concepts, illness, ritual, nature, archetypal, blind)
- Group work and facilitation
Semester 4 - Becoming a Facilitator
