Training Pillars
Face-to-face Immersions
The training includes four 3-day weekends of in-person learning (12 days total). Each weekend will include revising of theoretical underpinnings, experiential components as well as facilitation practice.
Online Theoretical Components
Between face-to-face immersions, theoretical learning and remote support will be available via our online portal. This will allow you to deepen you understanding of the modality and receive guidance from our experienced team.
Personal and Professional Growth
While you will be developing your professional skills for offering this modality, there will also be opportunity to experience this modality as a client and deepen your learning through personal experience.

OUR APPROACH
Facilitator Training with a difference...
At the Systemic Constellation Academy, we believe in providing our students with a comprehensive and well-rounded curriculum, which will allow you to step into your own, unique facilitation when you complete the course.
We combine Family Constellations and psychotherapeutic theory with experiential exercises and regular practice to help you build confidence in your facilitation. Further, we offer ongoing professional support, assessment and supervision throughout this course and encourage you to also explore your personal patterns and systems.
Overall, our goal is to provide you with not only a theoretical framework of Family and Systemic Constellation but also become a competent practitioner ready to integrate Constellation work into your practice.
